Qualified Trauma-Informed Executive Coach

Welcome.

If you’ve found your way here, you probably already sense that something deeper is shaping your life — invisible rules you never consciously chose.

These rules are called beliefs.

And they don’t just sit in your mind; they dictate what feels possible, safe, or even inevitable.

The good news is: they can be changed.

This page is a complete guide to the Lefkoe Method — a process for permanently eliminating limiting beliefs — and how I’ve taken it even further with my own work.

If you’ve struggled with fear, procrastination, self-doubt, or money blocks, you’re in the right place.

What Is the Lefkoe Method?

Most people don’t realize that their lives are run by invisible rules — beliefs they picked up in childhood without ever choosing them. These beliefs sit below the surface, quietly dictating what feels possible, what feels safe, and even what feels inevitable.

The Lefkoe Method is a breakthrough process for eliminating limiting beliefs at their root. Unlike positive thinking, affirmations, or therapy that circles around problems for years, the Lefkoe Method dissolves the actual structure of a belief so it disappears permanently.

A Personal Encounter with the Method

I first discovered the Lefkoe Method in 2009. At the time, I was struggling with a fear of public speaking — the kind that made my heart race and my mind go blank whenever I needed to present. I tried willpower, breathing, and rehearsing, but nothing worked.

When I applied the Lefkoe Method, the shift was instant. I no longer felt the crippling anxiety. Within weeks, I was able to stand up at trade fairs and gatherings to talk about a product I was selling. The panic was gone — not managed, not reduced — but gone.

That experience lit a fire in me. I had already been studying and practicing transformational processes for years, and I could see immediately how the Lefkoe Method worked under the hood. I dove into Morty Lefkoe’s writings, lectures, and programs. Even though I wasn’t formally trained, my background gave me the insight to see where the method shined — and where it could be taken further.

Pushing the Method Further

One of my first breakthroughs was applying the process to money. I experimented with uncovering and clearing my own hidden beliefs about wealth, success, and worthiness. My wife joined me in the process. Within months, our income multiplied.

That was the moment I realized: this isn’t just about eliminating fear and anxiety. The Lefkoe Method could be used as a strategic tool for any goal — career, relationships, money, health — if you knew how to find the beliefs standing in the way.

Where Most Practitioners Get Stuck

Here’s the problem: many Lefkoe practitioners are taught to stay inside the script. And when all you have is a hammer, everything starts to look like a nail.

But not every block is a belief. Sometimes it’s values, goals, relationships, or environmental factors. If you only ever look for beliefs, you’ll miss the full picture of why a person feels stuck.

That’s where I differ. I still love the Lefkoe Method. It’s brilliant. But it’s not the whole story.

Solving the Method’s Weak Spots

Another issue I noticed: for some people, the process didn’t “land.” They couldn’t see the belief clearly, or they’d go through the steps and nothing shifted.

In the standard Lefkoe approach, success rates are around 75%. Through years of experimentation and integration, I solved that gap. By bringing in other deep-dive processes — techniques not widely known and often closely guarded — I’ve been able to push the success rate to nearly 100%.

The result? Clients don’t just clear a belief here or there. They consistently experience real freedom, lasting breakthroughs, and the ability to pursue goals that once felt impossible.

A Modern Evolution

Today, I use the Lefkoe Method as the foundation — but I’ve built on top of it with my own Identity Stack framework. Where the Lefkoe Method focuses on beliefs, the Identity Stack explores 18 interlocking layers that make up who you are: values, goals, environment, self-image, and more.

This means when I work with someone, we don’t just “remove a belief.” We align their entire identity with the life they want to live. It’s a deeper, more comprehensive approach to transformation.

What Problems Does the Lefkoe Method Solve?

At its core, the Lefkoe Method is designed to eliminate limiting beliefs — the invisible assumptions that silently run your life. But the impact of that work reaches much further than most people realize.

Beliefs aren’t just abstract ideas. They show up in your daily behavior, your emotional patterns, and your deepest sense of self. Remove the belief, and the ripple effects often transform areas of life that felt hopelessly stuck.

Fear, Anxiety, and Low Self-Esteem

The most common use of the Lefkoe Method is to dissolve beliefs like:

  • “I’m not good enough.”
  • “I’ll be rejected if I speak up.”
  • “Mistakes are bad.”

These unconscious conclusions fuel anxiety, social phobia, fear of public speaking, and chronic self-doubt. Once cleared, people often describe a sense of calm confidence — as if they’ve been “reset” back to their natural self.

I know this firsthand. My own journey with the method began by clearing beliefs that kept me frozen in front of an audience. Within weeks, I was speaking at fairs and events without the panic that once controlled me.

Procrastination and Fear of Failure

Why do some people endlessly delay important tasks? In most cases, procrastination isn’t laziness — it’s fear in disguise. Beliefs like “If I fail, it means I’m worthless” or “I have to do everything perfectly” make any action feel dangerous.

Clear the belief, and suddenly procrastination melts away. People start moving naturally toward goals that once felt overwhelming.

Relationship Struggles

The Lefkoe Method has been used to transform relationships by clearing beliefs such as:

  • “If people really knew me, they wouldn’t like me.”
  • “Love always leads to pain.”
  • “I can’t trust anyone.”

When these unconscious rules disappear, connection becomes easier. People stop sabotaging intimacy or repeating old patterns, and new kinds of relationships become possible.

Money and Success Blocks

One of the most powerful applications I discovered personally was with money beliefs.

I asked myself: what if I used the Lefkoe Method on my assumptions about wealth? I dug into my unconscious rules around money — ideas like “Rich people are greedy” and “I don’t deserve financial abundance.”

When my wife and I cleared those beliefs, our income multiplied in a very short time. I realized that money blocks weren’t just psychological quirks — they were belief structures waiting to be dissolved.

Since then, I’ve used the same approach with clients who wanted to grow businesses, land promotions, or change careers. Again and again, the same pattern emerges: clear the belief, and results follow.

Expanding Beyond “Just Beliefs”

This is where my approach diverges from the mainstream Lefkoe world. Most practitioners stop at belief clearing. But in my experience, not everything is a belief.

Sometimes a client’s block is actually:

  • A conflict of values.
  • A lack of clarity in goals.
  • A toxic environment or relationship.
  • An identity mismatch (how they see themselves vs. who they want to be).

If you only ever look for beliefs, you’ll miss these deeper drivers. That’s why I integrate the Lefkoe Method with my broader Identity Stack framework, which explores all 18 layers of human identity.

When you address beliefs and the surrounding layers, you unlock a level of transformation that sticks.

From Symptom Relief to True Reinvention

For most people, the Lefkoe Method begins as symptom relief:

  • Fear of public speaking.
  • Procrastination.
  • Relationship insecurity.

But once they experience the power of clearing a single belief, they start asking bigger questions:

  • What else in my life is being run by unconscious rules?
  • What goals could I achieve if I wasn’t stopped by fear?
  • Who could I become without these old limitations?

That’s where this work shines. It’s not just about fixing problems — it’s about reinventing yourself at the level of identity.

A Modern Approach to Belief Change

The Lefkoe Method is powerful — but it’s not perfect.

In its original form, the process can be life-changing. I know, because it changed my own life. Yet after working with hundreds of clients and experimenting for years, I discovered something important: not everything is a belief, and not everyone fits the script.

Respect for the Original Work

Morty Lefkoe’s contribution cannot be overstated. He gave the world a repeatable process for eliminating limiting beliefs, and he proved it could be done faster than anyone thought possible. His work remains one of the clearest demonstrations that identity and behavior are shaped by unconscious conclusions — and that those conclusions can be dissolved.

But like any method, it had boundaries. The Lefkoe Method was built as a single tool for a specific kind of problem. When it worked, it worked brilliantly. When it didn’t, practitioners often concluded the client wasn’t ready, wasn’t open, or wasn’t “getting it.”

I wasn’t satisfied with that answer.

Solving the 25% Failure Rate

In traditional Lefkoe Method practice, success rates hover around 75%. That means one in four people don’t experience the promised shift.

Why? Because sometimes the client can’t “see” the belief clearly, or the standard script doesn’t reach the layer where the block actually lives.

Through years of practice and integration, I developed a way to close that gap. By combining the Lefkoe Method with other deep-dive processes — little-known techniques from transformational psychology, coaching, and spiritual technology — I solved the problem of stalled sessions.

The result: my success rate with belief elimination now approaches 100%. Clients consistently leave a session with the belief gone, not just softened or debated, but permanently dissolved.

More Than Just Beliefs

Here’s the bigger breakthrough: not every obstacle is a belief.

Sometimes the block is a misaligned value.Sometimes it’s an unclear goal.Sometimes it’s an environment that constantly reinforces the old identity.Sometimes it’s relationships that unconsciously hold you back.

If you treat everything as a belief, you’ll miss these layers.

This is why so many practitioners get stuck. They have one tool, and when all you have is a hammer, everything starts to look like a nail. But human beings are not nails. We are complex identity systems with multiple interlocking layers.

The Identity Stack Framework

To solve this, I built the Identity Stack, a framework of 18 interdependent layers that shape who we are: beliefs, values, goals, self-image, relationships, environment, and more.

Where the Lefkoe Method focuses on a single layer (beliefs), the Identity Stack explores the entire architecture of identity. That means we don’t just remove one limiting belief and hope for the best. We look at the full system, identify what’s misaligned, and bring it into coherence.

This layered approach explains why some people clear beliefs but still don’t move forward. If their values are in conflict, or their environment is pulling them back, they’ll stall. With the Identity Stack, we address those other layers too.

Integrating the Best of Both Worlds

In practice, this means I use the Lefkoe Method as a surgical tool inside a larger process. When we uncover a limiting belief, we clear it quickly and permanently. But when we uncover something else — a values clash, a toxic relationship, a distorted self-image — we work at that layer too.

The integration of these approaches allows for transformation that is both precise and comprehensive. Clients don’t just experience relief from one belief; they experience a cascade of alignment across multiple parts of their identity.

Why This Matters

The goal isn’t just to feel a little better. The goal is reinvention.

When we combine the Lefkoe Method with the Identity Stack, transformation becomes predictable. Belief clearing isn’t a lucky breakthrough — it’s part of a system that can be applied to any area of life: career, relationships, money, health, creativity.

That’s why my clients don’t just solve problems. They step into new identities, with freedom to create futures they once thought were impossible.

Real Results with Belief Clearing

It’s one thing to understand the Lefkoe Method in theory. It’s another to experience the shift in your own life.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — entrepreneurs, parents, coaches, students, executives — and while their situations are different, the pattern is always the same: a belief quietly drives their struggle, we uncover it, and once it’s cleared, their life changes in ways they couldn’t imagine.

Here are a few examples.

Case Study 1: Fear of Public Speaking

“If I speak up, I’ll be rejected.”

This was the hidden belief behind a client’s crippling fear of public speaking. Every presentation triggered panic, sleepless nights, and endless excuses to avoid opportunities.

In a single session, we uncovered and dissolved the belief. The next time he presented, the anxiety was gone. Not reduced, not managed — gone. He described it as if a weight had lifted off his chest. Today, he speaks confidently to groups and even enjoys it.

Case Study 2: Procrastination and Perfectionism

“If I fail, it means I’m worthless.”

A young professional came to me frustrated by chronic procrastination. No matter how much she planned, she always delayed important tasks until the last minute, leaving her stressed and ashamed.

Together, we traced the procrastination back to perfectionism — and the belief that mistakes made her worthless. Once that belief was cleared, her entire work style shifted. She began finishing projects early, taking risks, and earning recognition for her leadership.

Case Study 3: Money Blocks and Self-Worth

“I don’t deserve financial abundance.”

One of my favorite examples is personal. My wife and I used the process on ourselves to tackle our unconscious beliefs about money. We discovered that both of us carried the idea that we didn’t deserve wealth — a belief passed down through family patterns.

When we eliminated it, the results were astonishing. Within months, our income multiplied. That experience became a cornerstone of my work: using belief clearing not just for fear and anxiety, but as a strategic tool for financial and personal growth.

Case Study 4: Relationship Struggles

“If people really knew me, they wouldn’t love me.”

A client had a lifelong pattern of sabotaging relationships. He would pull away whenever things got close, convinced that intimacy would end in rejection.

By uncovering and clearing the belief that he was unlovable, his entire way of relating changed. For the first time in years, he allowed himself to be fully seen. Today, he describes his relationships as authentic, connected, and supportive.

Case Study 5: The “Stalled” Clients Who Finally Broke Through

In traditional Lefkoe practice, about one in four clients don’t experience the promised shift. They go through the motions, but the belief doesn’t budge.

These are often my favorite cases. Using my evolved approach — integrating the Identity Stack and additional deep-dive processes — I’ve helped “non-responders” finally break through. People who thought the method “didn’t work on them” discovered that it wasn’t them at all — it was the limits of the original script. Once we worked at the right layer, the transformation happened.

Lasting Change, Not Temporary Relief

The most important thing about these results is permanence. Once a belief is gone, it doesn’t come back. These aren’t motivational highs that fade after a weekend seminar. They’re permanent structural changes in how the mind works.

That’s why clients often say things like:

  • “I’ve spent years in therapy, and nothing worked like this.”
  • “I didn’t just learn a coping skill — I became a different person.”
  • “This is the first time I feel free.”

Clearing a single belief can change a situation. But clearing multiple beliefs — and aligning them with values, goals, and identity — can change a life.

The Lefkoe Method vs. Other Approaches to Change

The Lefkoe Method is unique — but it’s not the only way people try to overcome limiting beliefs. Many of my clients have already invested years in therapy, coaching, or self-help before they find me. They often ask: “How is this different from what I’ve already tried?”

Here’s how the Lefkoe Method compares to other popular approaches.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is one of the most widely used forms of therapy. It helps people identify negative thoughts, challenge them, and replace them with more balanced perspectives.

The difference:

  • CBT is about managing thoughts.
  • The Lefkoe Method is about eliminating the underlying belief that produces those thoughts in the first place.

For example, CBT might teach you to counter the thought “I’ll embarrass myself if I speak up” with evidence that you’ve succeeded before. That can help in the moment — but the belief “I’ll be rejected if I make mistakes” may still live underneath. With the Lefkoe Method, we dissolve that belief so it stops generating the fear altogether.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP uses language and reframing to change mental patterns. It can be powerful for shifting perspective and creating new resourceful states.

The difference:

  • NLP often works at the surface level of language and representation.
  • The Lefkoe Method works at the structural level of belief — the core “rule” the mind is following.

Think of NLP as changing the story you tell yourself. The Lefkoe Method changes the rulebook underneath the story.

IFS (Internal Family Systems)

IFS focuses on “parts” of the self — inner voices that hold trauma, fear, or protective strategies. It’s compassionate, deep work, and many people benefit from it.

The difference:

  • IFS acknowledges the parts that carry limiting beliefs.
  • The Lefkoe Method goes directly to the belief itself and dissolves it.

In practice, I often integrate both. IFS is wonderful for accessing hidden beliefs, because different “parts” of the self will often voice them directly. Once surfaced, the Lefkoe Method can then eliminate them.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a trauma therapy that helps people reprocess painful memories using bilateral stimulation. It’s highly effective for PTSD and trauma resolution.

The difference:

  • EMDR focuses on trauma and memory reconsolidation.
  • The Lefkoe Method focuses on belief elimination.

Trauma therapy is crucial when someone is carrying unresolved pain. But often, beneath trauma are the conclusions the mind drew about the world (“I’m unsafe” … “I’m powerless”). Clearing those beliefs with the Lefkoe Method complements trauma work and creates lasting freedom.

Coaching, Self-Help, and Affirmations

Most coaching focuses on setting goals, building habits, and motivating clients to take action. Self-help methods like affirmations try to replace negative beliefs with positive ones.

The difference:

  • Coaching often assumes you already have the inner structure to succeed.
  • Affirmations layer new ideas on top of old beliefs.
  • The Lefkoe Method clears the old belief entirely, making change natural instead of forced.

Where My Work Fits In

I don’t position the Lefkoe Method as a replacement for therapy or coaching — I position it as a missing link.

By combining it with my Identity Stack framework, I can:

  • Use Lefkoe belief clearing to dissolve hidden rules.
  • Use other processes (like parts work, deep-dive diagnostics) to uncover what’s buried.
  • Align the entire identity system so transformation sticks.

That’s why my clients often say:

  • “I got more from one session than years of therapy.”
  • “This filled the gap between coaching and counseling.”
  • “It’s like the piece I was always missing.”

The Bottom Line

Other methods have value. CBT builds coping skills. NLP reframes experience. IFS heals parts. EMDR processes trauma. Coaching moves you toward goals.

But when it comes to eliminating limiting beliefs permanently, nothing works as directly, efficiently, and reliably as the Lefkoe Method — especially when integrated into a broader system like the Identity Stack.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Lefkoe Method

1. Does the Lefkoe Method really work?

Yes. When applied correctly, the Lefkoe Method permanently eliminates limiting beliefs. This isn’t about managing thoughts, repeating affirmations, or “thinking positive.” Once the belief is dissolved, it doesn’t come back.

In my own practice, I’ve refined the process so that it works close to 100% of the time — even for clients who struggled with the standard script.

2. How many sessions does it take?

It depends on your goals. Many people experience a major shift in just one session, often clearing a belief that’s been holding them back for decades.

However, most people have multiple beliefs layered together. For example, procrastination might be driven by “If I fail, I’m worthless” and “Mistakes are bad”. A series of sessions allows us to uncover and clear these clusters one by one.

3. Is the change permanent?

Yes. Once a belief is gone, it’s gone forever. Unlike coping strategies, you don’t need to maintain or repeat the process.

This is one of the things that makes the Lefkoe Method so powerful. Clients often come back months or years later amazed that the old fear or block never returned.

4. Can anyone do it?

Yes — anyone willing to participate in the process can clear beliefs. You don’t need special training, a spiritual background, or even a belief in psychology.

The only requirement is willingness to follow the steps and examine your own experiences. I provide the guidance and structure — you bring your openness.

5. Why haven’t I heard of this before?

The Lefkoe Method has been around since the late 1980s, but it was never marketed as aggressively as other self-help programs. It spread mostly by word of mouth and small workshops.

Today, there’s a small community of certified Lefkoe practitioners — but few people outside those circles have heard of it. That’s why I’m working to make it more widely known, and to share my own evolved approach that integrates it with identity work and coaching.

6. What if it doesn’t work for me?

In traditional practice, about 25% of clients don’t experience a breakthrough. This usually happens because the process doesn’t surface the belief clearly enough, or because the real issue isn’t actually a belief.

I’ve solved this problem by integrating other diagnostic and deep-dive processes. That’s why my success rate is now nearly 100%. Even people who failed to get results with other practitioners have succeeded with my approach.

7. Is it therapy, coaching, or something else?

The Lefkoe Method isn’t therapy in the traditional sense. It doesn’t require years of analysis or a medical diagnosis. It’s also more than coaching, because it doesn’t just motivate you or hold you accountable — it changes the inner structure that was stopping you in the first place.

I describe it as a transformational process: precise, practical, and effective. It can stand alone, or it can complement therapy, coaching, or other growth work.

Clear Your First Belief Today

Every day you live with a limiting belief is another day it shapes your choices, your emotions, and your future. You didn’t choose these beliefs — they were formed in childhood — but you don’t have to keep them.

The good news? Once a belief is gone, it’s gone forever. That means no more managing symptoms, no more endless self-help, no more years in therapy hoping for change. One powerful session can do what nothing else has.

I’ve seen this free entrepreneurs from money blocks that doubled their income. I’ve seen lifelong social anxiety vanish in under an hour. I’ve seen clients who thought “this won’t work for me” walk away permanently changed.

This process works. And with the refinements I’ve added — integrating the Identity Stack and advanced belief-clearing tools — it works more reliably than ever before.

What You’ll Experience

  • Relief from a belief that has shaped your life for years.
  • A new sense of freedom and possibility.
  • Proof that lasting inner change can happen faster than you imagined.
